    When you join CompanyLoop, you can:

    • find the people you need to get your job done faster

    • build relationships at work by giving recognition to co-workers
    • build a profile that is visible to everyone in your company
    • share your ideas & suggestions and ask co-workers questions

  2. Can anyone outside my company access my CompanyLoop community?
    No. Only people in your company can join your CompanyLoop community--no one else can see your profile. Every member must verify ownership of an official company email account in order to join CompanyLoop.
  3. Is my information safe on CompanyLoop?
    Yes. Only people in your company have access to your profile and your company's CompanyLoop community. As always, employees should exercise good judgment about what they post.
  4. Will competitors be able to access information about my company on CompanyLoop?
    No. Only people in your company have access to your profile and your company's CompanyLoop community. CompanyLoop employs leading security measures to keep your information safe.
  5. Are recruiters or salespeople on CompanyLoop?
    No. CompanyLoop is not about recruiting or lead generation. We only let people who work at your company into your CompanyLoop community.
  6. How do I find people in my company who are not on CompanyLoop?
    You can invite coworkers who are not yet on CompanyLoop by using the "Invite a Co-worker" page. Or, just tell them to go to CompanyLoop.com to join.
  7. Can I add my friends who don't work at my company? Can I applaud people in other companies?
    No. Your CompanyLoop community is only open to people who work at your company. You can't applaud or add to your network people outside your company.
  8. Is CompanyLoop officially affiliated with my company?
    No. CompanyLoop is an independently owned and operated website that lets people who work at corporations launch communities that are only open to their co-workers.

  9. What is the benefit of 'tagging' or 'applauding' someone I work with?
    Tagging or applauding people you work with is an easy way to let them (and everyone in the company) know what you think of them. Giving recognition outside the review cycle can be more genuine and thus more powerful!
  10. What is the purpose of "My Company Network"?
    Your Company Network shows people at your company who you know and have worked with.
  11. How did people get into "My Company Network"?
    Coworkers you've invited, applauded, or tagged (and vice versa) are added to your company network.
  12. Can I access CompanyLoop outside of work?
    Yes! You can access www.companyloop.com from any computer that has an internet connection.
  13. How much does CompanyLoop cost?
    It's 100% free for individuals!
