In order to use CompanyLoop, you must first complete the registration form and create a user name and password. We use this information to contact you when another user (your verified co-workers) of our professional social network interacts with your profile, or to update you with your Company Network activities.

You have the option to provide demographic and professional information (such as education, interests, and resume) to us; we encourage you to submit this information so other users (your verified co-workers) can interact with your profile.

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a co-worker about our site, we will ask you for your co-worker's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. CompanyLoop stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

Your friend may contact us at support@companyloop.com to request that we remove this information from our database.

All information that you enter or upload about your contacts will be covered by the same terms of this privacy policy as cover your own personally identifiable information.

We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.
